Why do I need to register?
Registration is needed so the website can keep track of your adverts.
The adverts will only display your city/town, county, postcode and phone number.
Why do I need to login?
You need to login to identify yourself and your account, in order to manage your ads, or edit your profile.
Can I change my registration information?
Yes. Simply log in and click on 'User Profile' at the top of the page. Your profile will be displayed and available for you to edit. Once completed click on the 'Save' button to submit your changes.
I've forgotten my password, what can I do?
If you forget your password, please click here and enter your registered e-mail address, if it coincides with our records your login details will be sent to you immediately by e-mail. If you have any problems, please contact admin@themobilitymarket.co.uk.
How much does it
cost to advertise?
The price of advertising items for sale depends on the cost
of the item you have for sale. The table below summarises
the Rates available.

So, for example if you had a power chair for sale, and you wanted to sell it for £450, then the cost of advertising would be £10.
The price for advertising wanted items is £10.
How do I place an advert?
In order to place an ad you first need to be registered.
To advertise a for sale item, when you have registered you
can select the amount to pay which depends on the value of
the item you wish to sell. After paying the required fee you
will be able to enter the details of your ad.
To advertise for a wanted product, when you have registered
you can pay the required fee and you will be able to enter
the details of your ad.
How do I pay for an advert?
The Mobility Market is a verified PayPal seller.
PayPal is a global leader in online payments – it's
fast, free and secure. Rest assured, your credit/payment card
details are never passed to The Mobility Market, PayPal will
handle the entire transaction.
PayPal accepts the following methods of payment:
To pay for an advert, log in and you will see a 'New Advertisement' area on your homepage. Simply click on the 'Pay £10 Fee – Place Ad' link and you will be taken to the PayPal website. Please follow the onscreen instructions and make your payment. Once your payment has been confirmed please click on the 'Return to Merchant' button and you will be re-directed back to The Mobility Market. You will then be able to place your advertisement. Once you have entered all the necessary advertisement details, simply click on the 'Submit for approval' button.
You may prefer to pay by cheque. Please forward your cheque made payable to The Mobility Market Ltd enclosing your advertisement to:

Alternatively, you may prefer to e-mail your advertisement to us and send a cheque seperately.
How can I change the
advert after I have placed it?
Simply log in to see a list of your current advertisements
towards the bottom of your homepage. To edit an advertisement
click on the 'Edit' link alongside the advertisement you wish
to modify. Your advertisement details will be displayed and
available for you to edit. Once completed click on the 'Save'
button to submit your changes.
Can I delete an advert
when I have sold/found the advertised product?
Simply log in to see a list of your current advertisements
towards the bottom of your homepage. To delete an advertisement
click on the 'Delete' link alongside the advertisement you
wish to remove. You will be asked to confirm the deletion
by clicking on the 'Confirm deletion' button.
How long does the advert
last for?
Your advert will go onto the system for 90days. When
your item is sold/found we would be grateful if you would
delete it from the system.
Why do you need my name
and address?
Full details of the poster of the ad are required
in case we need to contact you. Your full name and address
are NOT displayed on the website.
How can I take a picture
of the product I am selling?
You need access to a digital camera in order to
take a photograph of your mobility product for sale. An alternative
is to capture an image from a photograph taken with a normal
camera, using a scanner. Your image should no larger than
150 x150 pixels and be in jpg of gif format. If you are unsure
what this means then seek more advice from an experienced
computer user, or e-mail us at admin @ themobilitymarket .co .uk
Should I include my email address in my advertisement detail?
For your security, we recommend you do not disclose your email address in the 'Item Description'. Replies to your advertisement will be addressed directly to you via the Contact link/form.
