The Mobility Market assumes no responsibility for the Content of the advertisements and disclaims all liability in respect of your use of this website.

Whilst the advertisers endeavour to make the sale details accurate and reliable, these should not be relied upon as statements of fact and they do not constitute any part of an offer or contract.

The Mobility Market strongly recommends that all information which is provided about any sale item is verified by yourself.

The Mobility Market reserves the right to remove or refuse any advertisement without explanation.

Advertisements are accepted on the specific understanding that the following terms and conditions are accepted and applicable:-

• The Mobility Market will not in any way be held responsible for any inaccuracy within an advertisement. It is the seller's responsibility to provide a full and accurate description.

• The Mobility Market will not accept advertisements from individuals attempting to sell or dispose of goods loaned/supplied to them by government bodies including the NHS/Social Services and reserves the right to remove any advertisement it suspects may be being posted for such purposes.

• Advertisers warrant the accuracy of all information provided, not The Mobility Market.

• It is the buyer's responsibility to ensure items purchased entirely meet their needs.

• All advertisements must be pre-paid where applicable.

• Once adverts have been received, approved and uploaded to the website database, any fees are non-returnable.

• Advertisements are displayed for 90 days,or until you remove the advertisements, however this does not imply, infer or guarantee the sale of your item.

• The Mobility Market reserve the right to remove free and paid Adverts after 90 days if unsold.

• When the item is sold it is the responsibility of the advertiser to remove the advertisement, or contact The Mobility Market to request that the advertisement be deleted. When doing so please quote the advert reference number.

• Any editing advertisements made by the advertiser including changes to price, telephone numbers, contact information or description etc., will be amended free of charge.

• It is the Advertiser / Owner's responsibility to declare any known deflects or vices to prospective buyers.

• Where wheelchairs or any mechanical products or accessories are being bought, we recommend having them checked and/or installed by a professional, appropriately qualified, engineer.
