Hardly used, in showroom condition, cost £2517.00 when new just under 2 years ago. The A06 is the lightest of the Freedom range. It is foldable in 6 seconds, compact and very sturdy, with a speed of up to 4 mph and driving range up to 9 miles (18 miles with 2 lithium batteries- one battery is included but a second battery can be easily accommodated.
The A06 is easily capable of gradients of up to 8 degrees. Controlled by a joystick, which can be mounted on either armrest, the A06 makes light work of cobbled surfaces, rougher terrains and drop kerbs. The electromagnetic brakes are automatically applied when the joystick is in the neutral position preventing accidental rolling.
A maximum user weight of 17.6 stone (111 KG ) and a seat size of 17”x17” provide comfort, stability and safety from the lap belt. When open, the A06 is 37.6” (L) X 23.2” (W) X 36.8” (H) and when folded 23.2” (L) x27.2 (W) x 13,4” (H) easily fitting into even most small car boots.
